Dr Yue Xu, College of Food Engineering, Harbin University of Commerce, main research interests include bioactivity evaluation of plant proteins (mainly soybean proteins), preparation of food-derived bioactive peptides, conformational relationships and functional validation, have published 3 SCI source papers as the first author in international academic journals, have undertaken a key innovation project for graduate students at university level.
