Roland Snel
With over 20 years’ experience in the meat and food ingredient sector, Roland is responsible for innovation and development of new proteins and protein solutions at ADM.
He joined ADM in 2010 and has since served in a variety of leadership roles including technical sales, product development, R&D and has been instrumental in building ADM’s reputation in the alternative protein space.
Roland holds a degree in meat technology from the HAS University of Applied Science, as well as advanced business courses at the Rotterdam School on Management in the Netherlands.
An active member of the protein community, Roland regularly participates in public discussions around the future of protein and collaborates closely with the Wageningen University & Research Center and the University of Applied Science in Den Bosch.
