Thomas Landert 

Since joining the Wenger team in 2016, Thomas’ role is an Area Sales Manager for food extrusion process solutions. Based in Switzerland, he is responsible for the European & Middle Eastern market regions.

Thomas has worked for more than 20 years in the food processing equipment industry. Holding a degree in mechanical engineering, he acted in different positions within equipment design & development, project engineering, product/market management and marketing & sales.

Since the early 2000’s years, Thomas’ focus areas have been extrusion applications such as RTE-cereals & snacks, pre-gelatinized food ingredients and above all, plant-based textured proteins with its entire value chain. Wenger Manufacturing, LLC is based in Sabetha/Kansas, USA and has been part of the Marel Group since 2022.
