Craig Coon

Craig Coon is a Professor of Poultry Nutrition at the University of Arkansas. Craig has been involved in nutrition research and teaching for 50 years. Dr. Coon’s current research interest and focus is primarily in the area of environmental effects on nutrient requirements, amino acid metabolism and requirements, dietary energy systems, calcium and phosphorus utilization and broiler breeder nutrition and management. Dr. Coon and wife, Mary Ann, co-own Four Rivers Kennel, LLC developed to study companion animal nutrition.
